I've been happy with my storage unit. The place is indoors, always clean. I feel safe going in and out of it. All my stuff stays in good condition. I would highly recommend!

Been storing my stuff here for a few months now and honestly no complaints. Place is clean, temperature stays consistent, and my furniture looks the same as when I brought it in. Customer sevice is super cool and really helped me out when I needed it. Would definitely recommend.

All there personal I talk to on the phone about renting the unit. Were very nice and easy to talk to. I suffer from 3 brain injuries. And there very helpful even when I would ask the same questions. Considering my situation. They didn't know about me. But very easy to talk with them. Storage facility was very clean. And having been able to use there 4 wheel cart to move my little thing in few trip. Helped storing my stuff faster. It was a great surprise to there be that 4 wheel cart for anyone to use. I would recommend family and friends to store there stuff there. Great experience from start to finish.

Very easy process to get signed up. Customer service was excellent and she was so polite. They helped me fill out everything and processed all my paperwork in a timely matter. All the details were discussed.

These storage units are clean with temp controll and always has a cart to help carry my things. With a security code in place only people who have a code can gain access to the building! I feel safe while in this building .

I’ve had my storage through Lifetime Climate for almost a year now and I can say their customer service is extremely top notch. They will reach out and communicate with you should you have any concerns or needs. They’re very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And no I’m not a bot or AI. I gladly give them my money to hold my junk I mean my treasures.
